Here’s What’s Included:

Two Monthly Calls

1) A Thursday call early in the month at 11 AM Eastern Time (60-90 mins): Support-focused call to address any body-image or body-acceptance challenges. Members can bring up topics on the call, or submit them in advance to be addressed during the call.

2) A Friday call later in the month at 11AM Eastern Time (60-90 minutes): A call focused beyond body acceptance. These sessions explore how to experience more peace in other areas of your life—like relationships, business, or personal growth—and explore the deeper aspects of the human experience.

Can’t attend live? Both calls are recorded. Submit questions in advance and catch up with the answers anytime you need.

Private Supportive Community

A judgment-free space to connect with others who are on the same journey. Because living in a world that constantly tells us to change our bodies can feel isolating, this community helps you counteract those harmful messages.

I know what it’s like to feel at war with your body. Years ago, I spent so much time trying to "fix" myself—hoping that changing my body would make me feel more worthy, loved, or accepted. But no matter what I did, I never felt enough.

That’s when I realized the problem wasn’t my body. The problem was the belief that my worth and value were dependent on how my body looked. 

I went all in on learning how to untangle my self-worth from my appearance. As a Certified Change Coach I have spent over six years helping others do the same. Now, I want the same freedom for you.

  • I share a unique approach to body acceptance. She addresses the root cause of our suffering (our internal thoughts/beliefs and emotional reactions), and guides clients to see more clearly their own wisdom and truth. This shift in perspective is powerful and can be positively life changing in all areas of life. No quick fixes, but long-term changes that bring more peace and freedom.

  • All members will be asked ahead of time to submit topics/questions they’d like addressed in the calls. So even if you can’t attend live, you can watch the recording afterward.

  • The first Thursday of every month at 11 AM Eastern Time (60-90 mins) is the body acceptance call.

    The third Friday of every month at 11 AM Eastern Time (60-90 mins) is the beyond body acceptance call.

    (Some exceptions may apply throughout the year, members will be notified).

  • Due to the digital nature of the content you have access to, no refunds are provided. However as a monthly subscriber, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • You will have access to up to a year’s worth of past monthly recordings!

  • If your eating disorder is active, or you’re feeling on shaky ground, prioritize therapy and recovery first. Once you’re feeling more stable and feel supported, then this group can be a great next step on your recovery journey. 

  • If you’re in this boat - congratulations! I know how much work and time it can take to get to this point. The “Beyond” call on the third Friday of every month is for you! In this call you can bring to the table any topic beyond body acceptance (relationships, business, other anxieties etc.) This call is also a space to discuss who we are beyond identification with the body - discussing the essence of our nature, and the human experience.

  • I get it! It can take time to feel comfortable opening up in a group. However there is a lot of value that can be received from listening to others questions and sharing.

  • I keep note of who has been sharing, and do my best to ensure everyone at some point gets a turn. You may not get to share on every call, but I make sure that if you want to share, you’ll have an opportunity!

  • I have run my own 3-month group coaching program 4 times, have delivered numerous group workshops, and have had the opportunity to facilitate the group coaching sessions of my mentor, Dr. Amy Johnson.
