Free weekly meditations

The #1 practice I recommend to clients help them feel better in their bodies is meditation.

Meditation not only gives you a greater sense of calm and well-being, but it also helps you disconnect from the thinking mind—the root source of suffering—and connect with your True Self.

When you are connected to True Self, you feel naturally confident, worthy, and know how to best care for your body and yourself.

It also builds your ability to handle any negative, critical thoughts that arise with more skill and ease.

The weekly meditation sessions are ten minutes for me to just be in my body and exist without an end goal. Kristina does a beautiful job of gently guiding the meditation and I feel a stronger sense of inner knowing afterwards.
