Meditation not only gives you a greater sense of calm and well-being, but it helps you disconnect from the thinking mind—the root source of suffering—and connect with your true self.

Time: 12:30 PM Eastern Time for 10 minutes

Format: Live guided meditation

If you can’t attend live, you’ll be emailed the recordings so you can follow along in your own time.
