Hi, I’m Kristina Bruce.
I’m a Body Acceptance Coach who’s walked the tough road of trying to change my body to “be better”—until I finally made the decision to come back home to myself instead.
I created Body Acceptance and Beyond Conversations for three main reasons:
Time and time again, my Private Coaching clients told me they felt like the only ones working to heal their relationship with their body. I wanted to offer a space where you don’t have to do this work alone.
Not everyone can afford Private Coaching, so I wanted to make transformative support accessible to everyone.
There’s so much value in hearing from others’ experiences, and I wanted to create a community where that could happen.
This is the space I wish I had: honest, flexible, and ongoing support with others who “get it”—but that moved me beyond just feeling angry at diet culture. Instead, it invited me to reconnect with and live from my innate well-being.

The Body Acceptance call is on the first Thursday of every month.
The “Beyond” Body Acceptance Call (where you can bring up topics unrelated to body acceptance) happens on the Third Friday of every month.
Both calls happen at 11:00 AM Eastern Time, and run for 60-90 mins.

There’s no catch. I believe body acceptance support should be accessible, not exclusive.
Private coaching with me is $2,000—which is an amazing investment for those who want deep 1:1 transformation. But I also wanted to create a space that allows more people to receive support, insight, and connection—without that financial leap.
This membership is my way of opening the door wider. The price is low on purpose. The value is still very real. -
This isn’t a linear program or self-paced course. It’s a recurring space where you receive live support, hear others share what you’re also feeling, and stay connected to your journey. It combines the support of coaching with the benefit of community.
Many people who do private coaching, also choose to partake in these calls for the community aspect.
