Life is Too Short to Be at War with Your Body.
Harness the courage to live from your heart, authentically in your body.
You want to stop thinking about your body so much…
Yet when you look around - your family, friends, basically everyone you know is talking about diets, making comments on who has gained or lost weight, and getting their regular botox injections.
Body Acceptance and Beyond is a group of people who “get it”.
They know what it’s like to have been dieting for years, and caring what other people think.
The Next Group Begins October 9th!
Accepting your body in our culture is tough, and it can feel lonely.
You want to stop thinking about your body so much.
To go to the dinner party where you haven’t seen people for years and not worry about what they’ll think of your weight gain.
To look in the mirror and feel fine about what you see.
Yet when you look around - your family, friends, basically everyone you know is talking about diets, making comments on who has gained weight, and getting their regular botox injections.
Are you really the only one trying to make peace with your body?
I created the Body Acceptance and Beyond Group Coaching so that you don’t have to walk this path alone.
The group is a supportive container of individuals who “get it”. They are, just like you, courageously choosing to step into more self-love and acceptance, and know the value being in community brings.
While this coaching group is centered around body acceptance, what I have found in my years of coaching (and through my own personal experience), is that when you open up to healing your relationship with your body, you find that it is linked to other areas of your life.
Join the Body Acceptance and Beyond Group Coaching if you want to experience greater:
Ease and peace in your body
Freedom from seeking the approval of others
Connection to your wise, confident deeper self
More relaxation around eating and exercise
Community with like-minded souls who “get it” and are willing to support each other
What You Can Expect:
A non-judgemental space where you can bring to the table your challenges and struggles

About Kristina:
I’m Kristina Bruce, a Certified Change Coach dedicated to helping women feel peaceful and confident in their bodies, living a life that feels authentic to them.
I was drawn to this area because of my own struggles with feeling insecure and inadequate, especially regarding my body. Despite doing all the "right things" and appearing "the picture of health" to many, I was anxious and self-conscious.
Through self-inquiry and spiritual discovery, I healed from my body image insecurity, and now share this understanding with women, helping them experience more peace, ease, and well-being in all areas of life.
My professional training includes:
Certified Change Coach, trained by Dr. Amy Johnson
Completed Body Trust® training through Be Nourished
Certification of Applied Mindfulness Meditation, University of Toronto
Certified Integrative Life Coach, trained by The Ford Institute
